Our founding partners come from energy corporate finance and have worked in the industry for over a decade. We spent years pricing and structuring the kind of projects we now develop ourselves.
That shapes how we look at a site. The grid position, the consent route, the offtake and the capital structure are worked on together from the start, the way a lender will eventually test them, rather than one after another.
We are technology agnostic. The right answer for a site is whatever it can connect, consent and finance, and we bring a focused, experienced view to finding it.
The H and the T in our name are the initials of our two founding partners.

Generating and storing energy is only part of the job. On large sites we look for ways to enhance the land through biodiversity and rewilding.
